It seemed an obvious rejoinder:
If states can shield their laws from review by federal courts, then CA will use that authority to help protect lives.

The obvious problem: the 2nd amendment exists, but there’s no amendment assigned explicitly to abortion. I think the 9th amendment obviously applies, but still.
There’ll be plenty of outrage over this.
