Cartoonist Fevzi Yazici is the victim of Turkish President Erdoğan’s fear – perhaps justified – of Turkish Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen. WaPo has an interesting profile of the cartoonist, currently residing in a Turkish prison upon conviction of aiding a supposed Gülen-inspired conspiracy.
