I gave her the basics. I said I voted for Hillary Clinton because she thinks before she speaks and has\u00a0better positions on jobs, health care, climate change, family leave, Social Security, taxes and more. We went through the HRC issues page<\/a>, one click at a time. It was gratifying to hear my sister say, \u201cThis is not what people have told me she believes!\u201d \u00a0She was gratified that there are other sites that show HRC\u2019s actual history<\/a>, not the made up one spouted in Trumpland. We went over women\u2019s rights, working for the impoverished and advocacy. We went over SCHIP, Tricare Reserve Select and other government programs with an HRC stamp. I moved onto Chinese steel, stiffing workers and small business and how Trump says one thing, but does the opposite of what he says on the stump. We went over Trump\u2019s lies<\/a> and I asked her why she thought<\/strong> those lies<\/a> don\u2019t get covered? Sis quipped, \u201cToo many, to count? So many, we\u2019re numb to it? It\u2019s become background noise?\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
