President Trump’s need for Hollywood drama is going to be expensive<\/em>:<\/p>\n

Senior Republicans privately expect President Donald Trump\u2019s administration to request tens of billions of dollars for the Middle East conflict and other military needs from Congress in the coming days, with some GOP lawmakers hearing estimates that the Pentagon is spending as much as $2 billion a day on the war.\u00a0\u00a0[Politico<\/a><\/b>]<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It’s not just the money, but the hardware expenditures, as interceptor missiles take a while to produce. In fact, President Trump is trying to encourage higher production<\/a>:<\/p>\n

President Trump <\/a><\/span>said major defense contractors have agreed to quadruple the production of \u201cexquisite class\u201d weaponry following a meeting Friday at the White House.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey have agreed to quadruple Production of the \u2018Exquisite Class\u2019 Weaponry in that we want to reach, as rapidly as possible, the highest levels of quantity. Expansion began three months prior to the meeting, and Plants and Production of many of these Weapons are already under way,\u201d the president said in a\u00a0post\u00a0on Truth Social<\/a>.<\/p>\n
