No details, yet. Questions coming to mind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will currently collected tariffs be refunded? Will the Administration comply?<\/li>\n<li>Will Trump ignore <strong>SCOTUS<\/strong>? Will he denounce <strong>SCOTUS<\/strong>? I don&#8217;t know if there were dissents or not just yet.<\/li>\n<li>Will Trump demand Congress pass his tariffs, or even hand him the power he claimed to already have?<\/li>\n<li>Can Trump even continue to collect tariffs, or is the operation of tariff collection not under his control?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Might this big sign that Trump is not the strongman many want break him?
