This is also termed as &#8216;<a title=\"Want\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Want\">wants<\/a>\u00a0of people&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><i>Ex-ante<\/i>\u00a0is used most commonly in the\u00a0<a title=\"Commerce\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Commerce\">commercial world<\/a>, where results of a particular action, or series of actions, are forecast (or intended). The opposite of\u00a0<i>ex-ante<\/i>\u00a0is\u00a0<i><a class=\"mw-redirect\" title=\"Ex-post\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ex-post\">ex-post<\/a><\/i>\u00a0(actual) (or\u00a0<i>ex post<\/i>).
