Remember when the United States invaded Iraq under the excuse that Iraq, under President and megalomaniac Saddam Hussein, had weapons of mass destruction (WMDs<\/strong>)? Oh, some readers might be a trifle young.<\/p>\n

And President Bush ordered the invasion despite his intelligence services telling they didn’t think there were WMDs<\/strong>? No WMDs<\/strong> were ever found.<\/p>\n

And now we’ve hit Iran because President and megalomaniac Donald J. Trump believes the Iranians were only weeks, or months, away from completing nuclear weapons development.<\/p>\n

Not an assessment – or excuse<\/strong> – to which his intelligence professionals agree.<\/p>\n
