The C.I.A., as well as the National Security Agency, began offering employees\u00a0<a class=\"css-yywogo\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2025\/02\/05\/us\/politics\/cia-workers-trump-musk-resignation-offers.html\">the option to stop working, then resign<\/a>\u00a0effective Sept. 30.
