{"id":40036,"date":"2024-04-04T13:21:41","date_gmt":"2024-04-04T18:21:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/huewhite.com\/umb\/?p=40036"},"modified":"2024-04-04T13:21:41","modified_gmt":"2024-04-04T18:21:41","slug":"opening-the-pipeline-ctd-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/huewhite.com\/umb\/2024\/04\/04\/opening-the-pipeline-ctd-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Opening The Pipeline, Ctd"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/huewhite.com\/umb\/2024\/04\/03\/opening-the-pipeline-ctd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Looking at Mr Trump&#8217;s <em><strong>Truth Social<\/strong><\/em> company<\/a>, known by its stock symbol of <em>DJT<\/em>, kos of <em><strong>Daily Kos<\/strong><\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailykos.com\/stories\/2024\/4\/2\/2232840\/-MAGA-suckers-are-about-to-lose-a-lot-of-money-thanks-to-Truth-Social?detail=emaildkre&amp;pm_source=DKRE&amp;pm_medium=email\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reads<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/sec.irpass.cc\/2660\/0001140361-24-016719.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>DJT&#8217;s<\/em> <strong>8-K<\/strong><\/a>, and if I were an investor, this would concern me:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Conservative former Congressman Devin Nunes is paid $750,000 as CEO, despite having zero experience running a tech or media company, and that will go up to $1 million next year. Prior to serving in Congress, he\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Devin_Nunes\">was a farmer<\/a>. Now, I\u2019m sure you\u2019re thinking, \u201cGosh, that\u2019s not a lot of money, and there\u2019s no one more qualified at licking Trump\u2019s boots than Nunes. What if he bolts?\u201d Oh ye of little faith, you underestimate Trump\u2019s\u00a0<s>grifting<\/s>\u00a0negotiating prowess! Nunes is also getting a $600,000 \u201cretention bonus\u201d! Keep that number in mind.<\/li>\n<li>The company\u2019s chief financial officer Phillip Juhan and chief operating officer Andrew Northwall are getting $337,500 and $365,000, respectively. And you\u2019ll be happy to learn that both of them are\u00a0<em>also<\/em>\u00a0getting $600,000 retention bonuses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"attachment_40039\" style=\"width: 287px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/huewhite.com\/umb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/PXL_20240323_143806539-scaled.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-40039\" class=\"wp-image-40039\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/huewhite.com\/umb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/PXL_20240323_143806539-scaled.jpg?resize=277%2C370&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"277\" height=\"370\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/huewhite.com\/umb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/PXL_20240323_143806539-scaled.jpg?w=1920&amp;ssl=1 1920w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/huewhite.com\/umb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/PXL_20240323_143806539-scaled.jpg?resize=225%2C300&amp;ssl=1 225w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/huewhite.com\/umb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/PXL_20240323_143806539-scaled.jpg?resize=768%2C1024&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/huewhite.com\/umb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/PXL_20240323_143806539-scaled.jpg?resize=1152%2C1536&amp;ssl=1 1152w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/huewhite.com\/umb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/PXL_20240323_143806539-scaled.jpg?resize=1536%2C2048&amp;ssl=1 1536w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/huewhite.com\/umb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/PXL_20240323_143806539-scaled.jpg?resize=113%2C150&amp;ssl=1 113w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/huewhite.com\/umb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/PXL_20240323_143806539-scaled.jpg?w=1600&amp;ssl=1 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 277px) 100vw, 277px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-40039\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">This is looking as this tree in my backyard.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>And it doesn&#8217;t stop there. For a company showing a loss that&#8217;s huge relative to revenue, doesn&#8217;t appear to have a reasonable business model, has inexperienced personnel, some arguably incompetent, at key positions, and is not revealing key metrics, these are bright red flags, fluttering in the breeze.<\/p>\n<p>And this is a company that, so far, is dependent on the charisma and reputation of a guy coming up fast on the end of his lifetime.
