There’s been a lot of muttering behind Democratic and other doors concerning the speed at which AG Merrick Garland operates, but I think that Garland is beginning to demonstrate how being deliberate and thoughtful can be just as useful as blazing speed.<\/p>\n

And remember my comment<\/a> that the former President has to control the narrative? I hope he didn’t have too strong a grip on the narrative, because otherwise he might be losing his fingers.<\/p>\n

I fully expect the court to grant DOJ's motion to unseal the warrant and we will see it soon, maybe even later today. This will be a substantive blast against Trump after Garland's procedural one this afternoon.<\/p>\n
