You have to wonder if he was gelded or something.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIf he is the nominee, if he was up against Biden, I\u2019d vote for him again,\u201d Bowers said. \u201cSimply because what he did the first time, before COVID, was so good for the county.
