A reader writes concerning my Arts Editor’s indoor succulent garden<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Must be using those LED strips with alternating sections of red and blue lights? We had those going on our porch – made the deck look like it was outside a strip club …..<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I tried to take a picture, as there are two different light sources in use:<\/p>\n

Not really useful – evidently CCD doesn’t like those shades of color. Two of the lights are actually red\/blue, while the other is a white light that, if memory serves, is supposed to mimic the Sun.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
