{"id":31033,"date":"2020-10-29T12:41:05","date_gmt":"2020-10-29T17:41:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/huewhite.com\/umb\/?p=31033"},"modified":"2020-10-29T12:41:05","modified_gmt":"2020-10-29T17:41:05","slug":"a-little-cheekiness-is-not-out-of-line","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/huewhite.com\/umb\/2020\/10\/29\/a-little-cheekiness-is-not-out-of-line\/","title":{"rendered":"A Little Cheekiness Is Not Out Of Line"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In a recent decision concerning whether or not Wisconsin can count votes with a pre-election postmark, but received post-election, Associate Justice Kavanaugh made a mistake in reference to Vermont election law, and the Vermont Secretary of State requested it be resolved:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">We have formally requested that <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/SCOTUS?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#SCOTUS<\/a> correct the erroneous claim by Justice Kavanaugh that <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/VT?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#VT<\/a> has not changed voting procedures for the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/2020Elections?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#2020Elections<\/a> due to <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/COVID19?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#COVID19<\/a>.
