It was a derecho. A very large derecho: 770 miles long lasting 14 hours, starting in eastern Nebraska and traveling easterly across Iowa and Illinois. I worry that they may start occurring in MN more often. Climate change definitely involved. 115mph winds in eastern Iowa. Not much can stand up to that.<\/p>\n

It took 250 years to hit 1\u00b0C of global warming by 2015, the fastest change in 65 million years.<\/p>\n

It’ll take 25 years to hit 2\u00b0C by 2040.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
