Nor does it appear that Scandinavia is far behind. Paris is reported to be setting a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/weather\/2019\/07\/25\/record-temperatures-europe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">new all-time record<\/a> of nearly 109\u00b0F. I also see Antarctica looks a bit warm.
