Incumbent Rob Woodall (R) has a\u00a0margin of victory\u00a0<\/a>of 433 votes, or\u00a0roughly .2 percentage points<\/a>. Yep, that’s two tenths.<\/p>\n And in the past? Representative Woodall typically\u00a0wins this district by 20 percentage points<\/a>. If I’m doing my math properly, that’s something like a 99% drop in the winning margin.<\/p>\n While some of this drop is attributable to changing demographics, this should catch and hold the attention of Republicans. The\u00a0GOP\u00a0<\/b><\/i>brand is leaking oil all over the place. They need a new gasket, or more likely better ideology.
