I suspect this has more to do with the long-overdue correction that many analysts have predicted, and less to do with the apparently fangless Nunes memo &#8211; but every little bit hurts.<\/p>\n<p>And just to double the fun, Congress <strong>must<\/strong> pass some sort of spending bill by Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>And my Arts Editor points out that a new Fed chairman was sworn in today, replacing Yellin.
