Harding\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Warren_G._Harding\">Warren G. Harding<\/a>, who, himself a master of the technique, described it as &#8220;the art of speaking for as long as the occasion warrants, and saying nothing&#8221;.<sup id=\"cite_ref-1\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bloviation#cite_note-1\">[1]<\/a><\/sup>\u00a0The verb &#8220;to bloviate&#8221; is the act of creating bloviation.
