A friend sent along\u00a0this example\u00a0<\/a>of the proper use of\u00a0Twitter<\/b><\/i>\u00a0(via\u00a0MSN\/Money<\/b><\/i>), but it jolted me in a totally different manner (annoying\u00a0Twitter\u00a0<\/b><\/i>formatting removed):<\/p>\n

On Friday<\/span><\/span>\u00a0evening, Tesla customer\u00a0Paul Franks<\/a>\u00a0tweeted the following:<\/p>\n

@<\/span>elonmusk<\/span><\/a>\u00a0can you guys program the car once in park to move back the seat and raise the steering wheel? Steering wheel is wearing.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Just\u00a024 minutes later<\/span><\/span>, the\u00a0famous CEO\u00a0<\/a>replied with the\u00a0following message<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Good point. We will add that to all cars in one of the upcoming software releases.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Reminds me of how I dealt with user suggestions when I worked in open source software. Suggestion comes in the morning, strive to have it implemented in the evening for user testing overnight. I like to think the fast turnaround contributed to the ambiance of the project.<\/p>\n

It’s also nice to see\u00a0Twitter\u00a0<\/b><\/i>has a redeeming characteristic. I don’t bother with it, myself.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
