Intromittent organs are found most often in terrestrial species, as most aquatic species fertilize their eggs <a title=\"External fertilization\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/External_fertilization\">externally<\/a>, although there are exceptions. For many species in the animal kingdom, characteristic of <a title=\"Internal fertilization\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Internal_fertilization\">internal fertilization<\/a>. I ran across this word\/phrase on <a href=\"https:\/\/gregfallis.com\/2017\/07\/21\/the-galaxies-are-full-of-very-stupid-people\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Greg Fallis&#8217; blog<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>To some Doctor Who fans, however, there is one immutable characteristic of the Doctor. One physical facet of the Doctor\u2019s being than is indispensable, regardless of the regeneration process. One supreme, conclusive physical attribute that defines the Doctor. An extendable intromittent organ that acts as a sperm delivery system. To these fans, the Doctor\u2019s physical body is apparently nothing more than an extension of the Doctor\u2019s dick.
